With four stories directed by John Landis, Steven Spielberg, Joe Dante and George Miller, the 1983 “Twilight Zone: The Movie” (8 p.m., StarzEncore) was overshadowed by tragedy and scandal when a stunt crash went awry, killing two underaged actors and Vic Morrow, famous for “Blackboard Jungle” and ABC’s “Combat!” Actress Jennifer Jason Leigh is Morrow’s daughter.
